Common Gut Health Conditions
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is the most common functional gastrointestinal disorder.

1 in 5 people in the U.K. will experience IBS

Symptoms such as stomach cramps and pain, bloating, diarrhoea, and constipation are most commonly experienced, and recent studies are showing that anxiety and depression, food sensitivities, and autoimmune conditions, can also be closely linked to IBS.

Inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis), Diverticular disease, Coeliac disease, Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GORD), and even thyroid disease, arthritis, chronic hives, and ADHD are associated with gut microbiome imbalances.

About
I'm Helen, a registered nutritionist and gut health specialist. I help people who struggle with symptoms of IBS and associated gut health imbalances, to uncover the root cause of their condition, empowering them to be confident and pain-free.
I also struggled with IBS and digestive problems for most of my adult life - so I spent years researching and studying to understand the underlying cause of my issues and I haven’t looked back.
Do your digestive symptoms disrupt your work and social life?

This day retreat is perfect for anyone who struggles with their gut health, hormones, mood issues, chronic pain, insomnia, stress, inflammation, fatigue, or autoimmunity.

These issues can often be traced back to the nervous system, which is influenced by the gut-brain axis. This complex system underlies the bi-directional communication system between the gut and the brain, linking stress directly to various health symptoms, including those of IBS and imbalances in the gut microbiome.
