Over the years, I’ve worked as a nutritionist at detox retreats around the world and run many of my own

Cleanse programmes. This retreat is the culmination of everything I’ve learned: from clinical practice and Gut ReSet programmes to day retreats, cooking workshops, and my Simple Gut Reset cookbook.

Besides daily yoga and meditation practices, breathwork and sound healing sessions, I will support you through a 3-day liquid fast ~ which will include carefully curated, nourishing organic smoothies, soups, and juices to give your digestive system a break while fuelling your body.
