Unfortunately, modern lifestyles are taking a toll on this delicate balance, causing a decline in the diversity of these friendly bacteria.

 

But there’s good news! 

 

Research shows that eating a diverse array of plant foods is one of the best ways to boost your gut’s beneficial bacteria.
