About this Event
The 21-Day Online Group Cleanse is designed to guide you through a short-term cleansing diet, with advice for removing toxins and other inflammatory substances.
What’s included: Information on toxins in the environment, liver detoxification pathways, shopping lists, example meal plans, and recipes.
And a private Facebook group for daily motivation and inspiration.
Statistics tell us diets that are rich in processed foods, sugar and refined carbohydrates are responsible for disease states such as diabetes, heart disease and cancer. So why do we eat these foods? For one, because they are highly addictive, and also, because many people are uninformed of the truth about processed foods.
Learn to cook from scratch, using whole foods, with a focus on good quality protein sources, healthy fats, complex carbohydrates, and with increased antioxidants and fibre.
